Google announces Pixel Fold, its first foldable smartphone: Price, features and more

Google has entered the foldable smartphone market with the launch of Pixel Fold. Priced at $1,799, it comes with a compact 5.8-inch display and an unfolded 7.6-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and ultra-thin glass covering. It features a Tensor G2 chipset with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage capacity. IPX8 water resistance, tabletop mode, and a multi-window interface are some of the fold-specific features added by Google. Pixel Fold has a 4821mAh battery, wireless charging support, and four cameras - 48MP and 10.8MP telephoto at the rear, 9.5MP at front on the outer display and 8MP on the inner display.
