Russia to Add Regulations on Crypto Investing, to Safeguard ‘Non-Professional’ Investors

In a bid to protect investors from the market risks related to decentralised and unregulated cryptocurrencies, the Russian government is working on a law. As of now it remains unclear by when would the law be enacted.
