CoWIN Public API Guidelines Revised, Makes Real-Time Vaccine Slot Notification Sites Redundant

The guidelines for the publicly available CoWIN APIs were revised a few days ago, making them redundant for all those websites/ tools that were using them to notify their subscribers of a vaccine slots availability in real-time.
